Tubonemi heads the legal and private sector business department of the firm. He is responsible for structuring project content and advising on viability along with other business decisions. He is also responsible for client’s contract management and legal and regulatory analysis. His legal experience is employed in the review of policies, legislation, asset titles, corporate and legal documents which aid decision making on company and clients operations. His responsibilities include strategic analysis and advice regarding achieving business and project objectives.
Tubonemi holds the LLM in International Law from the University of London and the law degree from the University of Ibadan. He has attended training in Management, project finance and infrastructure development and Business Information Technology. Before Zebcha, he had practiced for ten years as advocate and solicitor, company secretary and legal investigator in other firms. Tubonemi is fluent in English and French.
