Emmanuella is the Executive Director Human Resource and Finance. She has excellent interpersonal and people skills and a passion for advocating against the social ills using enterprise as an effective tool. She also heads the social impact and community relations department which is responsible for evaluating projects for non-financial impact. Over the last 7 years, she has spearheaded the group’s CSR activities and helped the company and its clients design socially and environmentally sustainable projects to ensure inclusive impact in the areas where we operate.
Emmanuella holds a BSc. in Business Administration from Igbinedion University and a certification in Social Entrepreneurship from Oxford University. She has attended numerous training courses including Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Personal Effectiveness, Financial Markets and Effective Communications. Before co-founding PWG, she had worked in the telecommunications industry.
